Crown Acquires 90 Sheppard Avenue East, Toronto

Crown Realty Partners, on behalf of Crown Realty II Limited Partnership, has acquired 90 Sheppard Avenue East, Toronto, a 7-storey office building comprising 269,081 sq. ft. The building is centrally located in North York, just east of Yonge Street with easy access to both the Yonge and Sheppard subway lines. The acquisition also includes approximately 1.6 acres of excess development land.
