Keeping Tenants Connected – WiredScore Certified Properties

Crown Property Management Inc. is pleased to announce that it is currently working towards having properties within its portfolio WiredScore certified. This effort will provide current and future tenants with transparency surrounding each of our buildings capabilities and allow Crown to future-proof our properties. Crown will be working alongside WiredScore to review and implement potential upgrades to the digital and fibre optic infrastructure within our buildings to provide best in market service and connectivity.

In pursuing Wired Certification, each property is undergoing a scrupulous certification process conducted by a team of leading technicians. Upon completion of a thorough on-site audit that evaluates a building’s number of available internet service providers, infrastructure redundancy, connection access points, and readiness to improve connectivity, a Wired Certification level is assigned based on the official standards developed by WiredScore and its advisory board.

Crown has six WireScore Certified buildings with fifteen currently undergoing the accreditation process, which are slated to be finalized by year end.
